Change is inevitable, and with it often comes questions and concerns. We’ve gathered some of the most common questions we’ve been receiving to help provide answers and make this transition as smooth as possible.

Q 1

Will the prices be going up?​

​

We are planning on keeping the great prices that have been a staple at The Tannery for so many years. One thing that stood out about The Tannery, was its affordable prices.

I have prepaid minutes or packages will they still be honored?

​

Yes! Any package that you previously had purchased in the last 12 months will be available to be used.

Is the booking process still the same?

​

No — and yes! While you can still call to schedule appointments, we now offer a convenient online booking system. This new feature allows you to book appointments around your schedule, receive reminders about upcoming appointments, and view your scheduled bookings anytime.

Simply click the “Book Now” button at the top of the page to schedule your next appointment.

Can I still pay with cash?

You always have the option to pay in cash, a credit card is used to hold your reservation but isn't charge until you are ready for your appointment. You then have the option to pay in cash or use the card on file.

Why am I being asked to fill out a new customer form when I book?

​

This is a required regulation form that must be completed by all customers. The form is completed online and only takes a few moments to ensure we can provide you with the safest tanning session possible.

​

Our online system will also notify you when your form needs to be updated, helping us remain compliant and keep your information current.

Are the new owners local or from out of state?

​

We are both from Helena, went to Helena schools. We have been friends with Stacye for over 30 years, and we are excited to keep The Tannery local.

Will there be any big changes right away?

​

We bought The Tannery because its a staple if Helena, and we have no plans on changing that, There are some exciting things coming up that we feel the customers will enjoy. Stay tuned....

Can I still call and make an appointment?​

​

Yes of course, you can call us at 406-996-1400 and we will enter you into the new online system. This will give you access to view upcoming appointments, change current appointments, and make new appointments.

Why does the online booking require a credit card?

​

This is only used to hold your appointment, when you complete your appointment you have the option to us the card on file, use a different card, or pay with cash.
